Trauerwelle ist der SeelenSport Podcast für trauernde Menschen, die selbstsicher und mutig ihre Trauerwellen surfen wollen. Du erfährst, wie du deiner Trauer Raum und Zeit gibst und aus ihr deine körperliche Kraft zurückgewinnst.

In den einzelnen Podcast-Folgen leitet dich Katy Biber liebevoll und achtsam, und gleichzeitig mit Leichtigkeit durch die Wellen der Gefühle, damit du deine Trauer verstehst und den Mut findest deinen eigenen Trauerweg selbstwirksam zu gehen.
Es erwartet dich eine Mischung aus Basiswissen rund um deine Trauer, deinen Körper und Bewegung sowie spannende Interviewpartner*innen für Verbundenheit und ein gemeinsam statt einsam.
Katy Biber hat 2013 ihre Schwester Larissa durch Mord verloren und weiß, wie sich die höchsten und stärksten Trauerwellen anfühlen - ein wildes herumschleudern im weiten Ozean der Trauer, ein unendlich starker Sog der Verzweiflung. Früher unsportlich veränderte ein einfaches Körpertraining ihr gesamtes (Gefühls-)leben. Aus der Verzweiflung wurden innere Stärke und Hoffnung. Jahre später entwickelte sie ihr eigenes Bewegungskonzept für Trauernde - den SeelenSport. Damit begleitet sie heute Menschen nach Verlusten und bildet SeelenSport Trainerinnen aus.
