I’m Courtney, a self-worth coach on a mission to help women cultivate a loving relationship with themselves and build a life that feels genuinely fulfilling to them. This podcast is an extension of my coaching work where I will be providing you with tools that are pivotal to building a strong sense of self-worth. I’ll also break down topics such as people pleasing, ego self and higher self, habits, boundaries and limiting beliefs, into more digestible concepts. I want you to leave these episodes feeling a little more accepting of life, a little more compassionate with yourself, and a little more inspired to take action towards your best self.
