本單元為孩子們選擇了一系列關於品味生活的古詩，「品味」對孩子們來說會不會太重？其實一點都不會！ 簡單的說，從美學、社會學、到經濟學和人類學的概念，「品味」是一系列關於「選擇和喜好」的文化規律。一個人會依據自己的品味來對不同的風格、禮節、言行舉止、消費、甚至藝術品等有所區分和選擇。 如果稍稍留意關於「品味」的社會研究，會發現它總聚焦於人們判斷甚麼是「美」、「好」和「對」的能力，相信這是絕大多數的家長們希望給予孩子的。我期待能從一首首古老的短詩當中，提供孩子們從中思考、學習觀察、並且體會生活的各種滋味。
