＜山岸慎司 経歴＞
三菱化学において新規事業分野の開発研究・企画マーケティングに従事。米国系経営戦略コンサルティング会社のアーサー・D・リトルに転じ、主に製造業の販売マーケティング戦略策定、新規事業戦略策定、組織改革、人材育成戦略策定など多数のプロジェクトに参画。その後、複数の外資系日本法人において、経営企画室長、マーケティング本部長、執行役員事業部長、代表取締役社長などのマネジメントポジションを歴任。現在は国家資格キャリアコンサルタントとして、ビジネスパーソンのキャリア開発と人材育成に従事。東京大学農学系修士、ロンドン大学インペリアル校経営管理学修士(MBA)課程修了
