Parce que le Dr Phona, un super vilain démoniaque, menace de créer une catastrophe écologique au moyen de
téléphones portables, on décide en haut lieu de réactiver la Smart Force, un groupe de super-héros bien de chez nous.
Le seul petit problème, c’est qu’ils ne sont pas vraiment super ni totalement des héros. Leurs pouvoirs sont limités, très limités, leurs initiatives sont discutables, leur humour aussi et il se pourrait bien que des espions opèrent en secret au sein même de leur organisation. Bref, cette histoire semble bien mal engagée…
