Every life has a soundtrack. On Tracks of Life, Jordan McGraw and Fabian Marasciullo talk to YOUR favorite musicians, actors, authors, producers, business moguls, and athletes to find out what songs they’ve put on theirs. This podcast isn’t about famous people’s favorite songs. Tracks of Life is about the songs that had a lasting impact on the most interesting people’s lives. Their Tracks of Life could be anything from the song they had on repeat in their first car to the soundtrack of their first breakup, their theme song for a crazy summer, a song that carried them through a rough time, their anthem for a big change in life… even that one song that just gets them pumped up before going on stage in front of an arena of screaming fans. If a song is important to them then it’s part of the story. Tune in each week to hop in a time machine with everyone from Pusha-T to Dr. Phil and find out which songs pushed them along through their journey.

This podcast may use tracking and attribution and dynamic content insertion

Stats: Statistics are produced by Megaphone, Podsights and Podtrac to help Tracks of Life to understand how many downloads it is getting, or how many people are listening. Your device’s IP address and user agent is used to help calculate this figure. Megaphone and Podtrac are IAB v2 certified. Here is more detail about podcast statistics.

Tracking and attribution: Megaphone, Podsights and Nielsen or their partners may connect the fact you listened to this podcast to an action elsewhere on the internet. For example - they may spot a device that downloaded an episode of Tracks of Life later visited the website of an advertiser; or they may track that a device that listened to Tracks of Life also listened to a different show. This form of attribution is used to measure advertising effectiveness.

Dynamic content insertion: Megaphone may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio. Tracks of Life may do this for advertising or for other forms of content, like news stories.

Tracks of Life is able to use the above tools since its podcast host or measurement company offers this service. It doesn’t mean that this individual podcast uses them, or has access to this functionality. We use open data.
