Treffen sich zwei Freunde zum Frühstück… so begann unsere Reise in die Podcastwelt. Ist Ernährung wirklich so ein kompliziertes Thema und muss man immer so viele Fremdwörter verwenden um klug zu wirken? Wir sind der Überzeugung, dass einfache Antworten auf Fragen, die für einen Experten vermeintlich ganz alltäglich wirken, wichtig für das allgemeine Ernährungsverständnis sind. Deshalb stelle ich (Georg Hofstätter, M.Sc.) mich der Herausforderung und beantworte vollkommen unvorbereitet die überraschenden Fragen von Dr. Ralph Janik, der kein Arzt ist und so viel mit Ernährung zu tun hat, wie ein Völkerrechtsjurist der noch nie etwas mit Ernährung zu tun hatte, damit eben zu tun haben kann. Also nichts bis wenig. Essen wir uns manchmal selbst? Kann ich auf Vorrat essen? Ist Laktose ein wichtiger Nährstoff und warum kann ich mich nicht einfach von Vitaminkapseln ernähren?
