カナダ・バンクーバー在住のフリーランス。元看護師。看護師を退職後、カナダへ移住。現在は、Webサイト/ビジュアル制作/個人事業主向けのサービス設計を提供。「はたらくって楽しいと思える社会を作る」という思いのもと、ひとりひとりが自身の感情や価値観を大事にしながら、社会で活躍できるような支援を行っている。 現在は、マインドや思考のサポートとして、コーチングセッションや哲学的雑談イベントなどの開催も行っている。

ウェルネス研究家／コーチ。夫の留学帯同でLA→NY在住。 東京大学大学院を修了後、土木職として東京都に就職。2度の産休・育休を経て2021年に退職。「生まれてきてよかったと思える人を増やす」ことを使命として「ウェルネス(輝くように生き生きしている状態)」の研究中。ひとりひとりが自分の幸せのために生きられるようにサービス提供や発信をしている。
