מי אנחנו, בקצרה
סער – מסעדות, גסטרונומיה ואקדמיה, תחנות מעבר ברחבי העולם (איטליה, תל אביב, קולומביה, ברלין). בשנים האחרונות עבדתי מאחורי הבר, בחוות קפה, מחקר, תוכן, פיתוח, קליה וניהול.
שרון – מסעדות, קונדיטוריה, קפה ספשלטי, סקרנות, חומרי גלם וטעם. מעבר לכל אלו, אני מנהלת מיזם בשם קאפ פורום, שנועד לקדם ולפתח את קהילת הקפה בישראל.
