Black Create Connect is a community, Founded by Alicia Latoya Richardson. This Podcast is a part of the Black Create Connect brand and seeks to explore real-life experiences and journeys of black leading professionals and business owners.
The Podcast seeks to gain an understanding of how each individual reached their current level of success, whilst addressing racial barriers and challenges. The purpose of this podcast is to educate allies on black professional lived experiences and to give an insight into the capabilities of the black professional community.
This podcast also aims to inspire the black wider community informing them of what options they truly have access to and where various career paths or life experiences may lead them.
