Podcast moderado por Paco Alonso, periodista y escritor, con más de 30 años generando contenido y programas de televisión sobre gastronomía. En el COMBOI no está sólo, le acompaña un panel de contertulios excepcional. Paco además de su curro en la televisión pública es fundador de wikipaella.org y laculturadelalmuerzo.org, dos plataformas que destacan la sociabilidad del relato gastronómico mediterráneo. El COMBOI nace y se reproduce los domingos a las 12:00 en ClubHouse, donde habitualmente participan: Juli Peretó, José Pío Beltrán, Mara Garcés, Nacho García Campos, el enólogo Juan García Valle y Jonathan Armengol.
