「浪费时间」是一档对谈节目，是由主播莫de名堂（微博：@莫de名堂）主理的个人播客。堂堂、竹子和太浪是固定班底，同时也有各行各业朋友的不定期参与，偶尔还有堂堂个人的碎碎念。
我们看见每一种微妙的情绪，提出每一个微小的问题，并尽可能地提出解决问题的可能性。
