Für die, die ein bisschen mehr wissen wollen:
Mein Kanal ist eine schillernde Reise zwischen den Welten – von alten (Heil-)Traditionen und Naturweisheiten über moderne wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, kombiniert mit meiner eigenen Erfahrung. Ich liebe es, all diese Welten miteinander zu verweben, Brücken zu bauen und in den tiefen, verstaubten Schatzkisten der Welt zu kramen, die oft viel mehr zu bieten haben, als wir denken.
Als hochsensible Seele nehme ich die Welt besonders intensiv wahr – mal ein echtes Geschenk, mal auch eine Herausforderung. Aber genau diese Wahrnehmung hat mich gelehrt, das Leben aus vielen verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu sehen/zu erleben.
Und genau das möchte ich hier in meinem kleinen digitalen Wohnzimmer mit Dir teilen.
Ich tauche ein in alles, was mich bewegt –von Ernährung & ganzheitlicher Gesundheit über Gott und die Welt bis hin zu Beziehungen und den kleinen (und großen) Fragen des Menschseins.
Hier gibt’s keine perfekten Antworten – aber dafür jede Menge ehrliche Gedanken und vielleicht den ein oder anderen Impuls, der dir hilft, deinen ganz eigenen Weg zu kreieren.
Also… Mach’s dir gemütlich und fühl dich doch wie zu Hause 🤍
