In mijn podcast neem ik je mee op weg richting een puur, simpel en vreugdevol leven. Een leven waarin jij elke dag zingeving en plezier mag ervaren.
Onze leefwereld laat ons graag geloven dat het niet gemakkelijk is om een gelukkig leven te leiden. Dat we daarvoor eerst van alles moeten bereiken, er op een bepaalde manier moeten uitzien, enzovoort. En dat klopt niet. Het enige wat je te doen hebt is ontdekken wie je bent en wat je wilt om van daaruit een leven te creëren dat echt bij je past.
