Als IT-Standort sind wir zurecht digitales Schlusslicht in Europa. Aber, halt, Moment! Das wollen wir so nicht akzeptieren! Wir suchen jenseits vergeigter IT-Projekte, knapp vorbei an der Breitband-Wüste und mittendrin im LTE-Flickenteppich auf die Antwort nach einer zentralen Frage: Ist Deutschland ein Software-Entwicklungsland?
