Hi there! I’m Elizabeth, and I’m a pleasure- and sexuality coach.

I believe pleasure, and living in a state of turn-on is our natural state. But in 21st century society, it’s easy to disconnect from this part of ourselves.

This podcast is part of my effort to help us move past those blocks and distractions and connect to our highest self. Expect juicy, sex-positive conversations. Expect chats about things you’ve always wanted to know, but have never dared to ask. I’m here to normalise all things regarding our bodies, sexuality and desires.
