Nez est un mouvement culturel dédié à l’olfaction et au parfum, une revue publiée tous les 6 mois, une maison d’édition, un magazine en ligne et désormais un podcast !
Depuis sa création en 2016, Nez est devenu une référence dans le champ du parfum et de l’olfaction, en France comme à l’étranger.
Ses fondateurs, Jeanne Doré, Mathieu Chévara, et Dominique Brunel ont réuni un collectif d’experts pluridisciplinaires (journalistes, scientifiques, parfumeurs, historiens, artistes… ) qui se sont donné pour mission de révéler au plus grand nombre, sous des formes accessibles et pertinentes, la richesse d’un sens longtemps ignoré.
