Womensync podcast är podcasten för vår tids kvinnor. Det är en hälsopodd som tar hänsyn till en ny dimension av hälsa som tidigare inte lyfts i hälsosammanhang – vad hälsa betyder utifrån en kvinnlig biologi.
Varje vecka gästas podden av någon av Sveriges främsta experter och profiler inom kvinnohälsa och holistisk hälsa. I konversationerna lyfts allt det där som man önskar att man hade vetat om när det kommer till den kvinnliga biologin, vad som påverkar den och hur vi kan må som bäst. Du får också en större förståelse för hur tankar, känslor samt hur feminin och maskulin energi har en påverkan på din kropp och hur du kan använda detta till din fördel. Oavsett om du har utmaningar kopplat till menscykeln eller bara vill få en djupare relation med dig själv och din kropp är det här podden där du får verktygen.
Womensync är grundat av Susanna Moen och Sara Norrbom och är ett koncept inom livsstil som förmedlar kunskap, inspiration och produkter som hjälper kvinnor att må så bra som möjligt genom alla skeenden i livet.
