Pria kelahiran 13/09/1994 Air Tiris, merupakan salah satu remaja Riau yang berhasil mengikuti program pertukaran mahasiswa di Student exchange Saga University Japan 2019.
Selain menguasai tiga bahasa, yakni bahasa Jepang, Ingris dan Arab, Fadhil juga merupakan Bujang II Kampar 2017 dan Top 10 bujang Riau 2018.
Mahasiswa lulusan sarjana pertanian ini memiliki hoby videografi, turing dengan motor clasik dan naik gunung. Selain itu ia juga hobi bercocok tanam. Hal ini sesuai dengan keahliannya pertanian.
