Mijn naam is Sylvia en via deze podcast deel ik dingen die ik tegenkom die te maken hebben met mindfulness en goed voor jezelf zorgen. We leven in hectische tijden waarin veel van ons gevraagd wordt. We weten allemaal wel dat voldoende bewegen en goede voeding goed voor ons is, maar hoe je aan je mentale gezondheid kunt werken is nog niet zo algemeen bekend. Daar wil ik verandering in brengen door te laten zien dat mindfulness helemaal niet geitenwollensokken of zweverig is, maar een wetenschappelijk onderbouwde methode om meer rust en plezier in je leven te brengen.
