Dig Deep!!!
One of my desires is to stand alongside parents as they disrupt negative generational patterns! The Dig Deep podcast is a space for parents, caregivers and individuals who are interested in doing just that. Each podcast will provide psycho-education, tips, tools, as well as a Faith-Based approach to parenting and emotional processing! The goal of each podcast is to help parents reparent themselves so they can effectively parent their children, creating “Safe Spaces” for their children and themselves to thrive mentally, emotionally, and spiritually!
