A space for J to share her past and future experiences on her healing journey to love the life she’s living. It starts with a warmup, followed by some drills, a main set, and of course a cool down. Each episode takes on a new topic from dealing with emotions and embracing vulnerability, to finding one’s life purpose and surrounding yourself with high vibrations. Special guests will be featured that have either helped or inspired Coach J or are magnetically interesting.
