L’Éveilleuse est mon podcast qui t’invite à t’éveiller à la réalité de tes comportements et des relations que tu tolères dans ta vie. Chaque épisode est une occasion pour toi de prendre conscience de ce que tu acceptes, souvent inconsciemment, et de remettre en question les dynamiques qui ne te nourrissent plus, y compris celles marquées par la violence, qu’elle soit émotionnelle, psychologique, physique, sexuelle ou financière.
Avec une approche simple et authentique, je t’accompagne pour identifier les schémas limitants et t’apprendre à t’affirmer sans culpabilité. Mon travail repose sur des valeurs de liberté, de simplicité et de légèreté, et je suis là pour t’aider à sortir de ce cycle de violence avec courage, à retrouver la confiance et la sécurité intérieures.
Dans chaque épisode, je partagerai des outils, des réflexions, et parfois des invités qui te guideront vers des choix plus alignés, tant dans tes relations qu’avec toi-même.
