Velkommen til Lidelsen længe leve
En podcast som samtaler med unge om psykisk sygdom. Disse sygdomme skal vi lære at tackle og tale højt om, da det formentlig er noget, vi skal leve med resten af livet. Hvert afsnit tager udgangspunkt i de fem l’er: Lidelsen, længsler, laster, livet og læringerne.
Lidt om værten:
Jeres vært er 26-årige Lisa Polack, som til dagligt studerer, og selv er diagnosticeret med bipolar 2. Lisa og hendes gæster er ikke fagpersoner indenfor psykiatrien, men er unge, som lever med psykiske lidelser i hverdagen. Samtalerne giver et unikt og personligt indblik i et liv og en dagligdag præget af psykiske udfordringer. Sammen vil de formidle psykisk sygdom i øjenhøjde, med unikke værktøjer og tricks til dig med en lidelse, til dig som pårørende eller blot er interesseret i emnet.
Denne podcast skal ses som et bud på et mere nuanceret billede af livet med en diagnose. Livet er aldrig enten eller, heller ikke når det kommer til psykisk sygdom, det er både og. Du kan sagtens leve et normalt ungdomsliv og balancere uddannelse, kæreste, dates og fester på trods. Det handler om at italesætte det fulde billede, som Lisa gør ved hjælp af de fem l’er.
