うしミル高原は、酪農や牛乳の魅力を10年以上発信しつづけている世界一牛乳好きなグラフィックデザイナーミルクマイスター高砂と牛に癒されて酪農家になっちゃたうし活の原。そんな牛乳好きと牛好きによるユニットです。牛・牛乳好きゲストをお呼びし、酪農・牛乳についての気になるニュースや、これからの業界をより盛り上げるためのアイデアをうしとミルクについて高原で話すようにのんびりとお届けする雑談トーク番組。

1983年山形県寒河江市生まれ。 物心ついた頃から牛乳が好きで、2010年に牛乳雑貨店「ケビンミルク」を開店。 世界中の牛乳を探索しつつ、オススメの牛乳や、牛乳の楽しみ方など、牛乳の魅力を広める牛乳マニアとして活動中。

うし活 原正則
1981年北海道生まれ神奈川県寒川町育ち。動物好きの妻の影響で牛と出会う。牛の癒し効果と酪農家の方々の魅力に感銘を受け、2013年6月に牛好きを増やす活動「うし活」をスタート。牛好きや学生と酪農家を繋ぐ活動や牛グッズの制作を行う。現在は千葉県の牧場で勤務し、酪農家として理解醸成活動などに参加。また、2022年よりUSHINOBA
酪農を未来へつなぐ会を結成し６人の酪農家と活動中。
