「運動是屬於大眾的，人人都可參與」。回歸以來，香港體壇人才輩出，

市民積極支持運動員，而運動員也致力推廣運動，以一己之長回饋社會。本節目將邀請不同項目的運動精英，走進校園及社區，以專業的態度指導學生及市民。節目以真人騷形式拍攝有樂有苦的訓練過程，讓觀眾體會運動的挑戰及樂趣，並希望在普及運動的同時，也豐富觀眾的運動知識，實現「全民動起來」。
