Rork is a world-class DJ, producer and label owner of Stalwart Recordings. Born in Paris, DJ Rork established his solid career since the 90's and his unique mixing technique led him to legendary playing at the biggest clubs in more than 60 cities in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. He has played side-by-side with many renowned DJs such as Kerri Chandler, Osunlade, Kings Of Tomorrow, Danny Krivit, DJ Spinna, Pete Tong, Dennis Ferrer, Ralf Gum, Jamie Lewis, Kiko Navarro, Martin Solveig, Miguel Migs, Copyright, Rocco, Ben Pearce, Lovebirds, Joey Negro, DJ Meme, Aeroplane, to name a few.
DJ Rork is one of the true pioneers in Paris to introduce House Music to the French scene. House Music is his raison d’etre since he heard his first electronic beats and he loves to mix Funk, Disco, Rare Grooves with new currents such as Nu Disco, Deep House and House. With his unbeatable knowledge of the history of electronic music, he is one of the most respected artists, an influential leader who continues to create and disseminate deep and soulful vibes to those who need, always aiming to touch people’s “Body, Heart & Soul”.
As a producer, DJ Rork created several hits including “I Wanna See U Come Down”, “Believe” and “Drive On” under the name “Soldiers of Twilight” with the singer Ladybird. He actively remixed and collaborated with renowned artists such as Miguel Migs’s “The Night”, Cesaria Evora’s “Sodade”, Christophe Willem ”Jacques A Dit", Franky Boissy ft. Akram “Mama Used To Say”, DJ Kent “Falling”, and KentPhonik “Hiya Kaya” on DJ Rork’s label Stalwart, it was number one on Traxsource chart during 10 weeks and nominated at The Grammy Award in Portugal.
As a music consultant, DJ Rork also organized since 2005 Miami WMC events at the legendary Delano Hotel, Nikki’s Beach and the Clevelander in Miami Beach, then curated for the Palace Principe di Savoia (Milan), Park Hyatt Vendôme (Paris), and Chanel (Hong Kong).
Now based in Hong Kong, he built the music concept of many iconic places like KEE Club and Petticoat Lane as Music Director and continues to be one of the most influential artists on the international House Music scene.
