この番組は、「ことばと文化」をキーワードに子どもたちの生きる力を育む、公益財団法人国際文化フォーラムが運営するインターネットラジオ放送です。
ふだん何気なく食べているものでも、目線を変えると発見があったり、新しい食べもので世界が広がったり、そんな食にまつわる「おいしい話」を繰り広げ、毎日の食卓をめぐるコミュニケーションを楽しくしていこう！ という趣旨の番組です。
