Matprofilerna Sigrid Barany och Johan Hedberg går in på djupet i små och stora men lika viktiga frågor som alla handlar om mat. Med Matsamtalet vill vi få fler att tänka på vad vi äter och var maten kommer ifrån. Och prata med varandra om det. För finns det egentligen ett viktigare samtalsämne än mat? Vi pratar om råvaror som ägg, mammas mat, om kolhydrater, om kakor av bröstmjölk, om att äta insekter och varandra! Ibland ringer vi en expert för att få veta mer.
