Hvilke sundhedsråd kan man egentlig stole på, hvis man gerne vil leve sundt og forebygge kræft? Og er sund livsstil virkelig en helt umulig og kedelig opgave? Det har Solveig Høgh sat sig for at undersøge. For selvom Solveig arbejder i Kræftens Bekæmpelse, kan hun godt fare vild i junglen af budskaber om sund livsstil. I Sundhedsmissionen inviterer Solveig Høgh nogle af landets førende sundhedseksperter indenfor i studiet hos Kræftens Bekæmpelse for at gøre sig selv – og dig – klogere på emner om kræft, livsstil og vaner. Hver episode går i dybden med ét emne inden for forebyggelsen af kræft, hvor sundhedseksperterne kommer med deres bedste tips til at ændre og fastholde en sund livsstil.
