Pracujemy w Laboratorium Psychoterapii STRUKTURA w Katowicach, gdzie prowadzimy psychoterapię indywidualną oraz terapię partnerską. Z parami pracujemy w układzie dwa na dwa i prowadzimy ją razem.
Często rozmawiamy o naszej pracy, związanej z zagadnieniami psychologicznymi, dzielimy się swoimi doświadczeniami terapeutycznymi, a w ośrodku uczestniczymy w zespołowych superwizjach.
Nasze rozmowy uświadomiły nam, że istnieje mnóstwo nieporozumień związanych z psychoterapią, dlatego chcielibyśmy przybliżyć słuchaczom obszar związany ze zdrowiem psychicznym, psychologią, terapią, rozwojem osobistym itp.
Chcemy poruszać tematy dotyczące dobrostanu psychicznego i funkcjonowania ludzkiej psychiki, wyjaśniać różne terminy związane z terapią, rozwiewać mity na jej temat, ale również mówić o tym, czym naszym zdaniem jest dobra pomoc psychologiczna, a co nią nie jest i na co zwracać uwagę.
Podcast ten kierujemy także do profesjonalistów zajmujących się zdrowiem psychicznym, pracujących z innymi ludźmi, również do osób które myślą o zawodzie psychoterapeuty, przybliżając blaski i cienie tej profesji. Chcemy polecać ciekawą literaturę, zwracać uwagę na dobre szkolenia, przybliżać i omawiać różne nurty w terapii.
Jako że pracujemy z parami, chcielibyśmy również dużo mówić o relacjach międzyludzkich, o tym dlaczego jedni ludzie potrafią się ze sobą porozumieć a inni nie, jak budować dobre związki i w jaki sposób się ze sobą efektywnie komunikować.
