כולם מדברים על חדשנות, כולם צריכים חדשנות, אך מעטים יודעים כיצד לנהל חדשנות. בשנת 2021, אחרי שנתיים ששינו את התעשייה כולה, אנו מביאים לכם את פודקאסט “הטרנספורמרים” - ראיונות עם האנשים שמנהלים חדשנות בפועל.
בכל פרק אנו מתמקדים בתהליכים, המתודולוגיות והאתגרים העומדים בפני כל מנהלי החדשנות בארגונים מובילים במשק' בדרך לניהול חדשנות באופן אפקטיבי. במסגרת התוכנית אנו מארחים לשיחה פתוחה וכנה את האנשים שעושים זאת בפועל, אלה שקיבלו את הטייטל, מנהלים פיילוטים, נאבקים ביחידות העסקיות, חולמים על שיתוף פעולה עם מתחרים, ואלה שפיצחו כיצד לעבוד נכון עם סטארט-אפים.
סדרת “הטרנספורמרים” הוא חלק ממותג הפודקאסטים “עוד פודקאסט לסטארטאפים”, הפודקאסט המוביל כיום בישראל בתחום הטכנולוגיה וההייטק. בשלוש השנים האחרונות “עוד פודקאסט” נמצא באופן קבוע ברשימת חמשת הפודקאסטים המובילים בתחום הטכנולוגיה ב-iTunes. שודרו עד היום מעל ל-200 פרקים ויש לו כ-1,000,000 האזנות בסך הכל.
