聊聊心理⎜心理治療師Dorothy X 心靈咖管管⎜
一個Always帶著行銷廣告腦袋的身心靈助人工作的管管、另一個是精神分析、心理治療師的Dorothy；一個在台灣很想要移居到台中的天龍國人，一個居住在常常看到遊行抗爭、好多老鼠和充斥著偷竊、種族歧視的法國巴黎；平常只能透過高科技的錄音平台，把二個不同角色、不同空間背景的理念想法，錄製出一集集的Podcast。
身心靈常被喻為不夠科學實證，甚至還讓人感覺怪力亂神；而心理治療又是近200年開始漸漸興起，大眾在近幾年也開始接受進入心理治療、心理諮商是對自己心靈健康的方法之一，我們倆人把天秤二端的視角，優雅且自然的融合在一起，讓所謂的科學與不科學，在這裡有著輕鬆的平衡。
而生活中許多各式的話(問)題，如高敏族、情緒勒索、冷暴力、情緒價值…甚至有些會有不同的人格狀態，如自戀型人格、邊緣型…
我們選擇不是長話短說，不是講重點，不是懶人包，而是把主題好好講，講完整，透過身心靈與心理治療二種不同視角，透過聊天方式，讓心理、關係(親密、家人、個人、職場等等)、情緒都有個舒壓出口；了解自己，讀懂對方；把情緒好好的安放，慢慢的試著自在一點，從容一些。
慢慢來，比較快。
