The Upward Spiral: A CoQuora Project Production
Since 2009, we have spoken for 10-15 minutes pretty much every weekday morning and simply shared what’s present for us. Some of those calls were talking about the trivia of the day ahead. Sometimes, we were addressing our reaction to world events. Because of who we are and the work we do, we always intended to leave each other feeling better at the end of the call than we started it. We thought that some of what we talked about - and how we talked about it - might be helpful and/or entertaining - and so we are sharing our Morning Calls here.
