Into the final months of the tumultuous 1960's tumbled Wendy W. She was born on the international border of Canada and the United States. Donald, a former executive Auditor for GAO.GOV, and Celine (nee Walko) (1942- 2021). She suffered abuse in her childhood and endured a harrowing adolescence before leaving home permanently at the age of 17.
She was first on stage at the age of four, modeling the clothing made by her grandmother in a church fundraiser in Cleveland, OH, near the Canadian border.
On January 21, 2O25, she was incredibly shocked to discover that her grandmother, the most devoutly religious woman she ever knew, was several months pregnant on the day she was married, Wendy having been lied to all her life about the date of the marriage and other details.
IT IS STILL NOT KNOWN IF HER UNCLE WAS THE CHILD OF HER GRANDFATHER, OR IF HER GRANDMOTHER WAS FORCED TO HAVE SEX with someone else, resulting in the pregnancy.
There were at least 7 other instances of out of wedlock pregnancies in her dads ancestral line.
She wrote her own music column in a regional paper and, later, wrote, produced, and created the character of 'Miss X’, the mysterious host of Night Owls radio on blogtalkradio.com/miss-x, after hearing the name on a old episode of the American tv show Gomer pyle, USMC.
On stage from the age of 4, SHE GRADUATED WITH HER MBA in April,
2023 after a disappointing attempt at a musical and acting career.
A prolific writer, from childhood she would expand on the scenes in tv, film and books, such as “Oliver Twist”, by adding stories to explain Nancy’s childhood, by acting out both the male and female parts.
At the age of 16, she played Mrs. Bedwin in a production of “Oliver!”
Wendy W is descended on her mother’s side from wealthy landowners who had peasants working their land in Dresden, Germany. Her Maternal Great Grandparents were mostly born in Austria, except for Mary Slaninka, great grandmother, born near presov, Slovakia, in 1884.
a love interest told her that her voice reminded him of Nina.
She suffered extreme, tragic, early losses from the age of 3, having lost over 15 young friends, parents of friends, and associates before she reached the age of 21. much of which is reflected in her original music and the songs she chooses to cover. She also wrote her first novel at the age of 19, a mostly-autobiographical account of her losses and experiences with punk rock. It was chosen for publication in England several years later, and made several who read it cry for their relation to the material.
Leaving home at age 17, she began writing songs at age 19 after a period of total despair and trauma, isolating herself in her bedroom with a stereo and cassette recorder, emerging in November of 1991 with songs written.
