Remember those mixtapes that people used to make for their friends (you know, on real tapes)? Mixtapes of all those songs that really meant something at that specific point in your life, or of songs that you had been playing over and over in your car? Mixtapes that were supposed to create a musical link between two people? Well I don’t think that the death of the tape and CD era should end this kind of exchange.
