Through raw and reflective conversations, host Genina J explores the realities of abuse, rejection, grief, and the emotional weight many women carry silently. This podcast exists for the woman who loves God but knows healing requires more than silence. It requires truth. It requires surrender. It requires the willingness to do the inner work.
Through personal testimony, honest dialogue, and sacred conversations, She Heal creates space for women to acknowledge their pain, seek guidance, and begin the process of becoming whole.
This is not about perfection. It is about surrender and about doing the work. Here, healing becomes a daily practice where faith, therapy, and trusted support can exist together.
