This is a show where highbrow and lowbrow topics happily coexist, or really, where don’t even believe in the concept of highbrow and lowbrow. You could have one week talking about how to confront your fear of death, or your existential despair over current events — and the next week might be about how to have your first conversation with a partner about kink, non-monogamy, or whether to have kids.
No topic is too taboo or sticky, but all episodes aim to be practically and emotionally helpful for listeners in the fields of mindfulness, relationships, sex, anti-racism, philosophy, technology, creativity, and so much more.
