Ik heb een eigen yogastudio in Roermond waar je terecht kan voor wekelijkse yogalessen. Daarnaast ben ik traumatherapeut, ademcoach en systemisch coach oftewel opstellingen.

Nog meer yoga nidra sessies en geleide meditaties? Ik heb een online platform waar je meer dan 35 meditaties kunt terugvinden. Dit kun je allemaal op de website terugvinden onder de knop meditatie.
