A Toast From Coast to Coast
The story starts with two drinking buddies that met through a job. Unlike usual co-worker drinking buddies, the two of us are separated by about 2,500 miles. Yet over the years as our paths would cross during business travel. One thing always remained, we would belly up to the best beer bar in whatever city work had dumped us in. There were stops in Denver, along the California coast, in the windy Midwest all with something different to bring to the table (or bar rather). Even when work would send us home, we would share our hoppy discoveries with each other which ultimately help build our knowledge base of all of the complexities of this foamy beverage.
But just learning about the taste wasn’t enough for us. See this job that bought us together was in agriculture, providing news and information to farmers. As a couple of guys interested in farming and finding the scoop on all the issues and what makes the industry tick, we wanted to take a deeper look at our beloved beer and its deep roots in agriculture.
