Op 9 april 2011 richtte Tristan van der Vlis een bloedbad aan in het winkelcentrum bij hem om de hoek in Alphen aan den Rijn. Destijds is er een hoop onderzocht, maar er zijn 10 jaar later nog zoveel vragen. AD-Verslaggevers Carla en Marco gaan in gesprek met politie, justitie, ooggetuigen en ggz. Ook proberen ze de ouders voor hun microfoon te krijgen die nog steeds om de hoek van de Ridderhof wonen. Zo proberen ze het drama te ontrafelen en te begrijpen wat er mis ging in het hoofd van Tristan.
