Can’t sleep? Me either. Don’t want a guided meditation? Found that sleep stories aren’t boring enough? Need something other than background music? I got you. My name is Helen Sernett and I find it chronically hard to sleep. I started Sleep Lists because I couldn’t find the podcast I felt I needed to help me get to dreamland. It’s just lists. Each episode I visit a different list, recite it to you, and wish you well on your sleep journey. I hope to help you get the rest you need. New 6-episode seasons each quarter with periodic one-off holiday episodes throughout the year.
