Ministry of Stories
Season 1: Join the Ministry of Stories on unique adventures through lands of fire and dragons. Meet greedy unicorns and pig presidents and help us hunt for missing emojis and doughnuts. Each episode features a short story written and read by children who attend writing clubs at the Ministry of Stories.
Created with the generous support of Matt Hill and Penguin Random House Audio.
Thanks to our funders: the Breadsticks Foundation, Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Arts Council England.
Season 2: Did you know The Shard used to be made entirely from sausages? And that the London Eye is an interdimensional portal?
These are just some of the remarkable “facts” our young writers, aged 6-15, unearthed in summer 2024 whilst making three alternative audio tours of London.
Created with the generous support of East London Arts and Music and Matt Hill at Rethink Audio.
Thanks to our funders: Arts Council England, City Bridge Foundation, the Violence Reduction Unit of the Mayor’s Office, and the Lightbulb Trust.

Stats: Statistics are produced by Libsyn to help Ministry of Stories to understand how many downloads it is getting, or how many people are listening. Your device’s IP address and user agent is used to help calculate this figure. Libsyn is IAB v2 certified. Here is more detail about podcast statistics.
Dynamic content insertion: Libsyn may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio. Ministry of Stories may do this for advertising or for other forms of content, like news stories.
Ministry of Stories is able to use the above tools since its podcast host or measurement company offers this service. It doesn’t mean that this individual podcast uses them, or has access to this functionality. We use open data.
