This podcast is about life. Everyday experiences that I myself have gone through or my guest speaker has. The point is to get it out there talk about, learn from it, heal from it. Also to show the world you are not the only one going through it. We are here for support. There will also be topics on moving past the pain, breaking bad habits or toxic trait and growth.
