Hello! I’m Michelle Thomas and welcome to My Sh*t Therapist, a mental health podcast based on my best-selling-thank-you-very-much book and audiobook about, amongst other things, a shit therapist, whose advice was “just have a cup of tea and think about something else”.

In this podcast I’m going to chat to very different people about the best and worst mental health advice they’ve ever had, and about how their condition impacts every part of their lives, from how they parent their children, to where they live, to what jobs they do. We’re going to talk about treatment options, medication, meditation, and good and bad mechanisms, and all the admin that comes with being mad – madmin, as it were.
