A military podcast by two former soldiers from the British Army’s long range Surveillance and Reconnaissance Patrols unit. The first series covers the inception of the unit, the selection of the soldiers, the unique ”stay behind” role during the Cold War and the multiple operational deployments over the last 40 years. In subsequent series we cover first hand accounts of past conflicts from World War 2 to the present day. All podcasts finish off with book & film reviews.
