Quando Teresa è nata, nessun fiocco rosa, nessun “benvenuta alla principessa di casa”, la sua è una nascita segnata dall’ingiustizia: sono in due. Gemelli. Maschio e femmina. E oggi, se deve trovare qualcosa a sua discolpa, una spiegazione a tutto quello che racconterà in “Invidia – vite che dovevano essere la mia”, forse è questa: far sapere al mondo che era unica. E gli altri, soprattutto certi altri, diventano oggetto di un’invidia morbosa, in una continua mescolanza di elementi autobiografici e di finzione. Puntata dopo puntata, Teresa incontra Eleonora Cecere, Viola Naj-Oleari, Andrea Balestri, Paola Iezzi, Anna Cherubini e Cristina D’Avena. Sono loro - consapevoli o meno - ad aver ostacolato la realizzazione della sua unicità, sono loro ad essersi presi i riflettori che spettavano a lei.
