In diesem Podcast verbinde ich psychologisches Wissen, körperorientierte Begleitung, Yoga und zyklisches Bewusstsein mit persönlicher Erfahrung. Es geht um Verwurzelung im Körper, um das Verstehen und Spüren deines Nervensystems und um die Fähigkeit, Sicherheit nicht im Außen zu suchen, sondern in dir selbst aufzubauen.

„Rooted“ steht für Erdung, Verkörperung und Verbindung mit deinem Körper. „Regulated“ für Selbstregulation, Co-Regulation und einen traumasensiblen Umgang mit dir selbst.

Dieser Podcast ist eine Einladung, langsamer zu werden, feiner zu hören und deinem Körper wieder zu vertrauen. Ohne Optimierungsdruck. Ohne „höher, schneller, weiter“. Sondern ehrlich, sanft und tief.

Für Frauen, die sich selbst nicht mehr reparieren, sondern begegnen möchten.
