Psychotherapie hörbar

Psychotherapie hörbar ist ein Audioguide für Psychotherapeut*innen und die die es noch werden wollen. In zunächst zwölf Folgen analog zu einer Kurzzeittherapie stellen approbierte oder in fortgeschrittener Ausbildung befindliche Psychotherapeut*innen um Dr. David Kolar, Jasmina Eskic, Karin Perthes, Vanessa Wolter und Florian Hammerle aus der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie der Universitätsmedizin Mainz typische kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutische Interventionen und Techniken in Rollenspielen und anonymisierten Therapiegesprächen vor, erläutern potentielle Schwierigkeiten in der Durchführung und geben Anregungen für die Umsetzung der Techniken mit eigenen Patient*innen.
