THE C WORD
Meet Lee, your everyday, early 40's, Aussie bloke. He loves footy, love’s keeping fit, and has spent most of the last 12 years coaching AFL football teams.
He has a wife, two young boys, and a zest for life. And just 6 weeks ago, he was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer.
In a time when one should be paralysed with uncertainty, Lee has chosen to take on this challenge like he does everything else, quite literally, head on.
This podcast is a snapshot of his journey, from day one. His aim is to use his own coaching skills to tackle the unknowns, share what he learns, offer new perspectives and focus on helping people, as well as himself, to deal with life’s challenges, no matter what’s thrown your way.
So far, Lee has two rules - don’t cry in front of him and, please, don’t mention The C Word.

Stats: Statistics are produced by Omny Studio and Podsights to help THE C WORD to understand how many downloads it is getting, or how many people are listening. Your device’s IP address and user agent is used to help calculate this figure. Omny Studio is IAB v2 certified. Here is more detail about podcast statistics.
Tracking and attribution: Omny Studio and Podsights or their partners may connect the fact you listened to this podcast to an action elsewhere on the internet. For example - they may spot a device that downloaded an episode of THE C WORD later visited the website of an advertiser; or they may track that a device that listened to THE C WORD also listened to a different show. This form of attribution is used to measure advertising effectiveness.
Dynamic content insertion: Omny Studio may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio. THE C WORD may do this for advertising or for other forms of content, like news stories.
THE C WORD is able to use the above tools since its podcast host or measurement company offers this service. It doesn’t mean that this individual podcast uses them, or has access to this functionality. We use open data.
